Mov are very similar to MP4 and sometimes re-naming the file to use a MP4 extension works, you could try that. You may be best to convert the mov to a more editable format using a Video Converter program. It does appear that Video Studio is not reading the video correctly, leaving out the audio details. Unfortunately there are hundreds of versions of Mov files, some Video Studio copes with and others give problems.
